  1. Question first

    Start with a falsifiable boundary.

    A research question should specify the context, what is being tested, what is outside scope, and what outcome would change the next decision.

  2. Evidence package

    Keep source, scope, and limitation together.

    A useful record includes the question, method, observations, failure cases, date, responsible reviewer, and explicit limits. Evidence does not travel without its boundary.

  3. Decision gates

    Progression is earned, not implied.

    Gates distinguish direction, hypothesis, validation activity, internal evidence, and approved public evidence. They are internal discipline, not external certification.

  4. Public record

    Silence is better than unsupported certainty.

    Research notes will appear only when a material, reviewable result is safe for public disclosure. Empty feeds and synthetic activity are intentionally avoided.
